Rosebud Creative Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Rosebud Creative (“Agency”) and the purchasing client (“Client”). By purchasing services, submitting payment, or engaging services through our website or payment platform, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
Services
Rosebud Creative provides marketing and digital services including but not limited to:
Website design, updates, and maintenance
Social media management and content creation
Digital marketing strategy and consulting
Google Business Profile management
SEO and digital marketing optimization
Marketing collateral and brand assets
Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope may be outlined in project proposals, invoices, or communications.
Payment Terms
Services may be billed as a monthly retainer, project fee, or recurring subscription. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Monthly services renew automatically until canceled.
Late or failed payments may result in pause or termination of services.
Term & Cancellation
Monthly services may be canceled by either party with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service package.
Project-based work is non-refundable once work has begun.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery of services, the Client agrees to:
Provide timely communication and approvals
Supply required materials, access, or content when needed
Review deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
Delays in communication or materials may impact timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client receives the right to use the completed deliverables created for their business.
Rosebud Creative retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.
Third-Party Platforms
Many services involve third-party platforms such as social media networks, website hosting providers, or advertising systems. Rosebud Creative is not responsible for outages, algorithm changes, platform policy changes, or third-party service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
Rosebud Creative will provide services with professional care and best practices. However, we do not guarantee specific marketing results, search rankings, or revenue outcomes.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, signing a proposal, or engaging services through our website or payment platform, the Client confirms they have read and agree to this Service Agreement.
